Nicholas K. Quest (born Nicholas Katushabe) is a Ugandan entrepreneur,[1]

Background and early life

Quest was born in 1986 in Buziniro Runyinya, Kanyantorogo, Kanungu district in Southwestern Uganda. In his books and interviews, Quest narrates that as result of abject poverty marred with intricacies of untamed domestic violence, he got severe health issues like measles and scabies and did not attend any school until age 8. He was rejected and treated violently on many occasions as early as age 3 and started sleeping in the bushes several nights from age 3 to 9 since he would be chased away home. He later joined Technical education studying carpentry and practiced for some years while joining business and further studies in business and marketing [2]

Education

Quest is said to have attended Runyinya Primary school for primary education, Kihanda Technical School for Junior Technical Education, Nyakatare Technical Institute for Craft Course, that he later escaped from to pursue his his career ambitions. He later Joined Learnit Institute of Business and Technology-Uganda Centre where he obtained a Foundational Diploma in Business and IT. He later Joined joined Westford School of Management, Sharjah aka WestFord University College in United Arab Emirates pursuing a course in International Marketing Management. He also attended Arizona State University, IE Business School, Edith Cowan, among others pursuing various business related short courses.

Quest is a father and parent to four Daughters. Little is known about his relationship status as he have always kept his love life private. He is the current strategic leader of Dynamic entrepreneurs Table Talk, an entrepreneurial mentoring platform for budding and upcoming entrepreneurs [3]. He also sits on various boards of advisors for diverse companies In Uganda
