Nauhai is a small village of 449 hectares in Naraini Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nauhai depends on Naraini (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nauhai's pin code is 210129[4], and village code is 04840400. The area of Nauhai is segregated as 382 hectares irrigated area, 3 hectares unirrigated area. the 8 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 47 hectare area not available for cultivation.
