Narni is a small village of 463.3 hectares in Rasra Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Narni depends on Rasra (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Narni's pin code is 221712[4], and village code is 09147700. The area of Narni is segregated as 365 hectares irrigated area, 23 hectares unirrigated area. the 71 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

Narni has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
