Nagar is a small village of 203.5 hectares in Atrauli Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nagar depends on Atrauli (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Nagar's pin code is 202131[4], and village code is 01337300. The area of Nagar is segregated as 192.4601 hectares irrigated area, the 1.32 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 11.032 hectare area not available for cultivation.
