Musariha is a small village of 13 hectares in Ramnagar Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Musariha depends on Fatehpur (NP) , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Musariha's pin code is 225201[4], and village code is 05727000. The area of Musariha is segregated as 121 hectares irrigated area, 39 hectares unirrigated area. the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 18 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Musariha has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Musariha is a census village in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1499 and has total administration over 278 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Fatehpur (NP) and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
