Mundera is a small village of 163 hectares in Tanda Tehsil in Ambedkar Nagar district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mundera depends on Tanda (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mundera's pin code is 224143[4], and village code is 06022200. The area of Mundera is segregated as 55.4 hectares irrigated area, 43 hectares unirrigated area. the 3.25 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).
