Makarandpur Ogti is a small village of 98 hectares in Khekada Tehsil in Bagpat district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Makarandpur Ogti depends on Khekada (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. The area of Makarandpur Ogti is segregated as 86 hectares irrigated area. the 3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 1 hectare area not available for cultivation.
