Mahulara is a small village of 406 hectares in Ramsanehighat Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mahulara depends on SUMER GANJ, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mahulara's pin code is 225409[4], and village code is 05820900. The area of Mahulara is segregated as 115 hectares irrigated area, 23 hectares unirrigated area. the 15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 52 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Mahulara has One post office (Maulahara B.O) and One public telephone. Mahulara has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of SUMER GANJ and Barabanki to sell peppermint and make their living.
