Maduri is a small village of 812.2 hectares in Bara Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Maduri depends on Shankargarh (NP, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Maduri's pin code is 212106[4], and village code is 05498800. The area of Maduri is segregated as 192.29 hectares irrigated area, 155.68 hectares unirrigated area. the 6.48 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 74.14 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Maduri has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Maduri is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 1095 and has total administration over 179 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shankargarh (NP and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
