MEHRIYAN is a small village of 660 hectares in Bhadra Tehsil in Hanumangarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. MEHRIYAN depends on Bhadra, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. MEHRIYAN is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. MEHRIYAN's pin code is 335501[4], and village code is 00491900. The area of MEHRIYAN is segregated as 627.76 hectares unirrigated, remaining 18.21 hectare area not available for cultivation.
