Loonanda is a small village of 390 hectares in Vallabhnagar Tehsil in Udaipur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Loonanda depends on Kanor, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 66.00% of the total supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Loonanda is also surrounded by Two lakes. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kanor and Udaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
