Lohari is a small village of 954 hectares in Kotra Tehsil in Udaipur district, also called 'the city of lakes' set amidst the Aravalli Ranges in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lohari depends on Khedbrahma (Gujrat), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Lohari is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Lohari's pin code is 313701[4], and village code is 03111200. The area of Lohari is segregated as 7 hectares irrigated area, 39 hectares unirrigated, the 20 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 4 hectare area not available for cultivation.
