Lewo Ka Talab is a small village of 151 hectares in Kumbhalgarh Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Lewo Ka Talab depends on AMET, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Lewo Ka Talab is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Lewo Ka Talab's pin code is 313333[4], and village code is 03001300. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of AMET and Rajsamand to sell juggary and make their living.
