Kutalupur is a small village of 11 hectares in Ramnagar Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kutalupur depends on Fatehpur (NP) , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kutalupur's pin code is 225304[4], and village code is 05724600. The area of Kutalupur is segregated as , 175 hectares unirrigated area. the 23 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 20 hectare area not available for cultivation.
