Korra Bujurg is a small village of 427 hectares in Baberu Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Korra Bujurg depends on kamasen, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Korra Bujurg's pin code is 210125[4], and village code is 04814700. The area of Korra Bujurg is segregated as 572 hectares irrigated area, 60 hectares unirrigated area. the 4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 2 hectare area not available for cultivation.
