Kolpura is a small village of 92 hectares in Asind Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kolpura depends on ASIND, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Kolpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kolpura's pin code is 311302[4], and village code is 02786000. The area of Kolpura is segregated as 18 hectares irrigated area, 18 hectares unirrigated, the 26 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 30 hectare area not available for cultivation.
