Kohdaura is a small village of 225.3 hectares in Tulsipur Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kohdaura depends on Tulsipur (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kohdaura's pin code is 271203[4], and village code is 06645900. The area of Kohdaura is segregated as , 75.54 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 75.54 hectare area not available for cultivation.
