Kluay Buat Chi
Kluay Buat Chi(Thai language: กล้วยบวชชี) also known as Thai-style banana in coconut milk, is a popular List of Thai desserts and snacks, traditionally made with Ducasse banana cooked in sweetened coconut milk. The dish typically involves simmering ripe bananas in a mixture of coconut milk, sugar, and salt until the bananas are tender and the coconut milk has thickened.[1]
