Kiratanpur is a small village of 306 hectares in Kaiserganj Tehsil in Bahraich district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kiratanpur depends on Bahraich (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Kiratanpur's pin code is 271825[4], and village code is 06503700. The area of Kiratanpur is segregated as 30.49 hectares irrigated area, 19.152 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 2.458 hectare area not available for cultivation.
