Khoonta Machar is a small village of 214 hectares in Bagidora Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khoonta Machar depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Khoonta Machar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Khoonta Machar's pin code is 327606[4], and village code is 03475900. The area of Khoonta Machar is segregated as 14 hectares irrigated area, 48 hectares unirrigated, the 26.9 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 125 hectare area not available for cultivation.
