Khiridih is a small village of 78.4 hectares in Burhanpur Tehsil in Azamgarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khiridih depends on Atraulia (NP) , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Khiridih's pin code is 223223[4], and village code is 08516700. The area of Khiridih is segregated as 60 hectares irrigated area, 6 hectares unirrigated area. the 2.5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.
