Khargupura is a small village of 244 hectares in Atrauli Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Khargupura depends on Chharra Rafatpu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply Two tanks, Two tubewells and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers,Two canals and Two springs. Khargupura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Khargupura's pin code is 202129[4], and village code is 01343700. The area of Khargupura is segregated as 202 hectares irrigated area, 20 hectares unirrigated area. the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 17 hectare area not available for cultivation.
