Kewtala is a small village of 488 hectares in Tanda Tehsil in Ambedkar Nagar district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kewtala depends on Tanda (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kewtala's pin code is 224143[4], and village code is 06025200. The area of Kewtala is segregated as 259 hectares irrigated area, 40 hectares unirrigated area.
