Kevin Parsells is an American entrepreneur, business coach for Mortgage & Real-Estate professionals and has built the 3 Pillars of “CCI” Cultivating Centers of influence. Kevin’s passion over two decades has been helping Mortgage and Realtor professionals succeed by providing strategic growth models with a detailed road map for greater levels of success.[1][2]
He is widely recognized for his expertise and is responsible for the continued success of the Top-Producing loan originators and Real Estate agents more than any other system in the country. Leading the top producers in achieving over $25 Billion Dollars in self-generated production.
Parsells Founded The Branch Alternative in 2006, a recruitment and talent acquisition solutions company serving the mortgage, real estate, and financial markets. He has also held various leadership positions in the industry, overseeing recruitment efforts and developing strategies to meet business hiring needs at industry giants such as The Money Store, Cardinal Financial and many of the Top 100 lenders nationwide. With a proven track record of success, Parsells has built a reputation as a results-oriented leader with extensive experience in recruitment and staff development.

Career
Kevin Parsells began his career in the financial markets in 1999 in Manhattan, New York. In his role as a wealth manager & Investment Advisor at GBI Capital-Ladenburg Thalmann. Mentored & trained by well known Wall Street veterans Thomas Belesis and John Parmigiani.
Parsells formulated multi-asset investment strategies for high-net-worth clients, acquired and managed portfolios of clients, and generated revenue through asset management and raising.
In 2003 Parsells was awarded #1 Investment Advisor on Wall Street at the Firm Gunn Allen Financial.
In 2006, Parsells is the Founder of The Branch Alternative, a company that offers recruitment and talent acquisition solutions in the mortgage, real estate, and financial markets. As president, he leads development teams and implements effective talent acquisition strategies to achieve strong profitability. Parsells has extensive experience in managing and overseeing recruitment efforts to fulfill bank-wide hiring needs, supervising and developing staff, and constructing new recruitment strategies for quality candidates. Additionally, The Branch Alternative was recognized in the Oncon Icon Awards' Top 100 in 2021, and the company introduced a talent development recruiting service in July 2022.[3]
In November 2012, Parsells started working at The Money Store, a full-service mortgage lender, as a managing director and vice president of talent acquisition. At Money Store, he led development teams across the country and used both internal and external resources to back key business models.
In January 2022, Parsells created the 3 Pillers of Cultivating Centers of Influence “CCI”. He realized the mortgage Industry & Real Estate industry was changing, and concentrating on well-connected people or groups that can enhance your credibility through referrals, testimonials, and word-of-mouth was a missing characteristic between these two industries.
He was responsible for overseeing the national recruitment process, tracking headcount, and sourcing potential candidates.
Personal life
Parsells is a Married family man with 3 beautiful children and a member of St.Theresa the Little Flower, committed to upholding his core values and promoting growth and ethical practices in his personal and professional life.
