Kesaruwa is a small village of 172 hectares in Naraini Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kesaruwa depends on Naraini (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kesaruwa's pin code is 210001[4], and village code is 04839300. The area of Kesaruwa is segregated as 152 hectares irrigated area, 3 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 17 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Kesaruwa has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Naraini (NP) and Banda to sell jaggery and make their living.
