Kermahia is a small village of 34.32 hectares in Utraula Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kermahia depends on Utraula (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. The area of Kermahia is segregated as 34.32 hectares irrigated area, 16.27 hectares unirrigated area. the 0.16 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 14.6 hectare area not available for cultivation.
