Kechuha is a small village of 287 hectares in Karchhana Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kechuha depends on naini, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Kechuha's pin code is 212307[4], and village code is 05551800. The area of Kechuha is segregated as 256.6 hectares irrigated area, 10 hectares unirrigated area. remaining 21.2 hectare area not available for cultivation.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Kechuha has One bank, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with One recreational center.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of naini and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
