Kari Kot is a small village of 68 hectares in Nanpara Tehsil in Bahraich district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kari Kot depends on Nanpara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Kari Kot's pin code is 271841[4], and village code is 06425900. The area of Kari Kot is segregated as 750.07 hectares irrigated area, 102.81 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 102.81 hectare area not available for cultivation.
