Karahara is a small village of 781 hectares in Kiraoli Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Karahara depends on Kiraoli (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Karahara's pin code is 283105[4], and village code is 01601600. The area of Karahara is segregated as 694 hectares irrigated area, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 21 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Karahara has One post office (Karahara B.O) and Seven public telephones. Karahara has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Karahara is a census village in the district of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 3913 and has total administration over 575 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kiraoli (NP) and Agra to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
