Kalwari is a small village of 128 hectares in Nizamabad Tehsil in Azamgarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kalwari depends on Phulpur (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Kalwari's pin code is 276206[4], and village code is 08731500. The area of Kalwari is segregated as 93 hectares irrigated area, 6 hectares unirrigated area. the 14 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 15 hectare area not available for cultivation.
