Kakor Kalan is a small village of 661 hectares in Baraut Tehsil in Bagpat district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Kakor Kalan depends on Chhaprauli (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Kakor Kalan's pin code is 250617[4], and village code is 01039500. The area of Kakor Kalan is segregated as 436.2 hectares irrigated area. and remaining 76 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chhaprauli (NP) and Bagpat to sell jaggery and make their living.
