Jorpura is a small village of 282 hectares in Phulera (Hq.Sambhar) Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jorpura depends on Jobner, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 214.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Jorpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Jorpura's pin code is 303328[4], and village code is 01500700. The area of Jorpura is segregated as 214 hectares irrigated area, 24 hectares unirrigated, remaining 44 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jobner and Jaipur to sell wood furniture and make their living.
