Jogipur is a small village of 411.5 hectares in Soraon Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jogipur depends on Mau Aima (Np), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Jogipur's pin code is 212507[4], and village code is 05400400. The area of Jogipur is segregated as 272 hectares irrigated area, 137 hectares unirrigated area. the 67 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 386 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Jogipur is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2003 and has total administration over 339 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
