Janessa Taber (born 28 June 1983) is an American multi-award-winning portrait photographer known primarily for her elaborately-staged Fine Art Maternity and Newborn photography. Taber is the owner of Visions by Janessa Taber, a popular photography studio that specializes in maternity, infant, and child photoshoots.
Taber has received national and international attention for her pregnancy in art, which she documented through photography. She is considered one of the leading photographers in the Northern California region. Her work has even graced the covers of publications such as Sacramento Parent Magazine. Taber operates out of a studio in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.[1]
Early life and education
Taber was born on 28 June 1983. Taber credits her love of photography to her father, Donald Taber, who gifted her with her first camera when she was just six years old. After completing High School, Taber pursued a course in Administration of Justice.
Career
Prior to pursuing photography as a full-time career, Taber performed on Broadway, played in piano recitals, and also performed in competing marching band competitions all over the Bay Area.[2]
She later established Visions by Janessa Photography studio,[3] which is headquartered in Gridley, CA, with a secondary studio in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Since the beginning of her career, Taber has worked for a number of prolific clients including celebrities like Jon Lovitz, Kaylee Starr, Kristy Osmunson, Angel Salazar, and Farrah Abraham, as well as Hollywood stunt actress Michelle Elise Shock.

Personal life
Taber is married to Paul Deniz and the couple has two dogs and cats. She is fond of beaches, forests, animals, traveling, painting, and writing. She also loves to host parties and decorate.
