Jairajpur is a small village of 345 hectares in Sagri Tehsil in Azamgarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Jairajpur depends on Jiyanpur (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Jairajpur's pin code is 276121[4], and village code is 08608300. The area of Jairajpur is segregated as , 12 hectares unirrigated area. the 4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 8 hectare area not available for cultivation.
