Isrehna is a small village of 143 hectares in Nawabganj Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Isrehna depends on Dewa (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Isrehna's pin code is 225301[4], and village code is 05751900. The area of Isrehna is segregated as 286 hectares irrigated area.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dewa (NP) and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
