Isari is a small village of 200.3 hectares in Rasra Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Isari depends on NAGRA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply which is 150.00% of the total supply, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Isari's pin code is 221709[4], and village code is 09154700. The area of Isari is segregated as 170 hectares irrigated area, 11 hectares unirrigated area. the 4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 15 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Isari has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of NAGRA and Ballia to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
