Hisail is a small village of 231.8 hectares in Gabhana Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hisail depends on BHAGANA, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Hisail's pin code is 202142[4], and village code is 01308800. The area of Hisail is segregated as 219.82 hectares irrigated area, remaining 12.02 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Hisail has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
