Hajipur is a small village of 407 hectares in Nizamabad Tehsil in Azamgarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Hajipur depends on Vrindavan MB, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Hajipur's pin code is 276305[4], and village code is 08585000. The area of Hajipur is segregated as 167 hectares irrigated area, 141 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 63 hectare area not available for cultivation.
