Habsapur is a small village of 90.5 hectares in Belthara Road Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Habsapur depends on Rasra (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Habsapur's pin code is 221716[4], and village code is 09093300. The area of Habsapur is segregated as 80 hectares irrigated area. the 1.404 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 6.4 hectare area not available for cultivation.
