Gudha Kalan is a small village of 3042 hectares in Naraini Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gudha Kalan depends on Naraini (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,One canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Gudha Kalan's pin code is 210129[4], and village code is 04844200. The area of Gudha Kalan is segregated as 1251 hectares irrigated area, 2183 hectares unirrigated area. the 30 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 178 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gudha Kalan has Two banks and One credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Naraini (NP) and Banda to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
