Gijrauli is a small village of 232 hectares in Atrauli Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gijrauli depends on Atrauli (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gijrauli's pin code is 202280[4], and village code is 01328000. The area of Gijrauli is segregated as 177.72 hectares irrigated area, 160.1 hectares unirrigated, the 22.52 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 49.37 hectare area not available for cultivation.
