Gandoora is a small village of 635 hectares in Lachhmangarh Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Gandoora depends on ALWAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 190.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Gandoora is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Gandoora's pin code is 301021[4], and village code is 00929400. The area of Gandoora is segregated as 470 hectares irrigated area, 125 hectares unirrigated, remaining 40 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Gandoora has One post office (Gandura B.O) and Twenty One public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Gandoora is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3486 and has total administration over 582 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Alwar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
