Durga Ganj is a small village of 246.8 hectares in Haidergarh Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Durga Ganj depends on Haidergarh (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Durga Ganj's pin code is 225126[4], and village code is 05852500. The area of Durga Ganj is segregated as 131.141 hectares irrigated area, 0.22 hectares unirrigated area. the 26.377 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 18.594 hectare area not available for cultivation.
