Dumri is a small village of 1203 hectares in Tulsipur Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dumri depends on Pachperwa (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dumri's pin code is 271206[4], and village code is 06676300. The area of Dumri is segregated as 172.51 hectares irrigated area, 1.98 hectares unirrigated area. the 0.84 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 9.97 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Dumri has One post office (Banghusri B.O). Dumri has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Dumri is a census village in the district of Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 761 and has total administration over 101 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Pachperwa (NP) and Balrampur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
