Dubari is a small village of 89 hectares in Naraini Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dubari depends on Atarra (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dubari's pin code is 210129[4], and village code is 04839700. The area of Dubari is segregated as 74 hectares irrigated area. the 5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 9 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Atarra (MB) and Banda to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
