Dishiishe also spelled Deshishle, Dashishle, Dashishe is a Somali sub-clan. It forms a part of Darod confederation clans [1]. The clan pramirly inhabit puntland in north eastern Somalia and Dhofar region in Oman where largely inhabit by Dishishe sub-clan of Muhdi, clan members are also found in Kismayo in Southern Somalia. The clan is a founding and pioneering tribe of Bosaso and naturally based the area of the city, it's environs and constituencies.[2]


The clan's head elder serves as nominal Ugaas of Harti clans.

Dishiishe clan forms a part of Mooracase group of Darod sub-clans (Also known Ahmed Harti), they are the largest clan family within the Mooracase group[3].[4]
