Dharwar is a small village of 68.74 hectares in Bansdih Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dharwar depends on Sahatwar (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Dharwar's pin code is 277211[4], and village code is 09281800. The area of Dharwar is segregated as 52.55 hectares irrigated area, 16.39 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 16.39 hectare area not available for cultivation.
