Dhamoeya is a small village of 158.3 hectares in Phulpur Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Dhamoeya depends on Jhusi Kohna (C, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Dhamoeya's pin code is 221507[4], and village code is 05464200. The area of Dhamoeya is segregated as 0.81 hectares irrigated area. and remaining 1.48 hectare area not available for cultivation.
