Devali is a small village of 288 hectares in Handia Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Devali depends on Phulpur (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Devali's pin code is 212402[4], and village code is 05557200. The area of Devali is segregated as 393.665 hectares irrigated area, 6.315 hectares unirrigated area. the 13.185 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 33.069 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Devali has One post office (Deoli B.O). Devali has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Devali is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2946 and has total administration over 511 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Phulpur (NP) and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
